Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth until combined. Pour over seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the slow cooker.
  5. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour until biscuits are cooked through.
