- 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, melted butter, and chicken broth until combined. Pour over seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return to the slow cooker.
- Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for about 1 hour until biscuits are cooked through.
