  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and melt butter. Whisk in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until smooth.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
