Ingredients
- 2 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt/Pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and melt butter. Whisk in cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
