Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1 1/2 cups ripe mangos (pureed)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp vanilla instant pudding
Instructions
- Make the Mango Puree: Blend ripe mangos in a food processor until smooth. Set aside ½ cup for topping.
- Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, combine cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla instant pudding. Use an electric mixer to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until well blended.
- Pipe into Glasses: Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe evenly into five glass cups. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least five hours to set before serving topped with reserved mango puree and fresh fruit.
