  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until tender, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté minced garlic in butter and olive oil until fragrant. Add beef strips seasoned with Cajun spices and cook until seared. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Lower the heat and melt more butter in the same skillet. Stir in heavy cream and milk, then add Velveeta cheese until melted.
  4. Mix in Parmesan cheese and additional seasonings for flavor.
  5. Combine cooked rigatoni with the sauce and return the beef to the skillet. Toss gently until coated well.
