  6. Fold the dough into thirds to create layers; roll out again. Repeat this process two more times.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Cut the dough into triangles and place chocolate chips at the base of each triangle.
  9. Roll from the base to tip to form croissants.
  10. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
