Ingredients
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch size)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Brush each tortilla with melted butter evenly using a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture generously over each tortilla.
- Cut each tortilla into wedges (at least eight pieces per tortilla).
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
