Instructions
- Preheat your electric griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Generously butter the griddle or skillet.
- Dip each slice of bread into the batter for about 5 to 10 seconds on each side until well-coated but not soaked.
- Cook each stick for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown; add more butter as needed.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
