Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and core the apples, then cut each into fry shapes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- Pat the apple fries dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Drizzle melted butter over the apple fries and toss gently until coated.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the fries and toss again until evenly coated.
- Arrange the apple fries on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes until tender with golden edges.
