Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, milk, egg (or flax egg), and vegetable oil until smooth. Let rest.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in another bowl; transfer to a piping bag.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the skillet and pipe cinnamon mixture on top.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip to cook the other side.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until creamy.
- Serve pancakes warm with glaze drizzled on top.
