  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 banana, medium
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add flour and mashed ripe banana; mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
