Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegan gelling agent (like agar-agar)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup milk (dairy-free if desired)
- 1 can (14oz) coconut milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and boiling water until dissolved. Add the vegan gelling agent and mix well; let sit for two minutes.
- Stir in the milk followed by the coconut milk, whisking until smooth. If desired, add almond extract for extra flavor.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a rectangular container.
- To release from molds, immerse in hot water for about 30 seconds before serving.
