  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
