- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the diced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10-15 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Heat butter in a large skillet or wok; stir-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Combine cooked chicken with vegetables and pour in the sauce; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
