1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
12 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
4–5 garlic cloves (minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Chicken Mixture
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix until everything is evenly combined.
  • Spread in the Baking Dish
    Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
  • Prepare the Stuffing
    Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to the package directions.
