Ingredients
- 20 oz refrigerated or frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 24 oz jar of pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat with your preferred seasonings.
- Remove excess grease, then stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese; simmer until combined.
- Toss cooked tortellini into the sauce mixture and transfer everything into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes; broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
