Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Apple (cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Almond Extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana. If serving later, add banana just before serving.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until evenly coated.
- Top with chopped pecans for added crunch before serving.
