- 4 Bananas (Ripe)
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

- 3 Ounces Semi-sweet Chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease your loaf pan.
- Melt 5 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon of espresso powder until combined.
- In a mixing bowl, mash 4 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in the melted butter and espresso mixture thoroughly.
- Add ½ cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 beaten egg; stir until well blended.
- Gradually incorporate 1½ cups all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda into the mixture without overmixing.
- Fold in 3 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
