Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or dairy-free)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: maple syrup, vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, fresh raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
