Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup milk (soy or dairy-free)
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional: maple syrup, vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, fresh raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
- Layer fresh raspberries at the bottom of jars, pour in the blended oat mixture, and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
