- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup whole milk (warm)
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy (5–10 minutes).
- Stir in melted butter and eggs.
- Gradually add flour and salt; knead until smooth. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
- Mix Biscoff cookie butter with cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread the filling evenly over it.
- Roll tightly into a log; cut into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise again for about 30–45 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter, and milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
