Ingredients
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pot over medium heat, add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3-5 minutes). Drain excess water and chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese (reserve some), and prepared spinach until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a nonstick-sprayed baking dish, spread evenly, and top with reserved mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley.
