  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish; bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; toss to coat.
  5. Spread peach filling over baked crust; top with reserved crumb mixture and drizzle with heavy cream.
  6. Bake for an additional 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
