Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups cold unsalted butter, diced
- 5 cups peeled and chopped peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for filling)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish; bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, mix peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; toss to coat.
- Spread peach filling over baked crust; top with reserved crumb mixture and drizzle with heavy cream.
- Bake for an additional 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
