- 6 ounces light cream cheese (softened)
- 2 1/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually blend in the Greek yogurt until fully combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, gently mix diced strawberries and blueberries.
- In serving cups or glasses, layer graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then mixed berries. Repeat layers until filled.
- Top with optional low-fat whipped cream and additional fruit if desired.
