  • 1/2 cup softened butter

  • 3-4 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, sour cream, softened butter, and eggs until creamy. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla.
  3. Sift in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently combine using a spatula and fold in the walnuts.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before frosting.
