  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400º F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, salt, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
  3. Lightly pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  4. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the honey mustard sauce.
  5. Place the coated chicken in a baking dish, spaced apart for even cooking. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165º F.
  7. Optionally garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
