- 2 cups flour

- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each donut cavity about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; adjust consistency as needed.
- Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and let set.
