  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling for about five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth; adjust consistency as needed.
