Instructions
- Slice the apple into ¼-inch thick rounds and remove the core.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup until well mixed.
- Spread the coconut-almond mixture over each apple slice and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then drizzle over the topped apple slices.
- Freeze for 5-10 minutes until chocolate is set.
