Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey; stir until well blended.
- Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda; mix thoroughly until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
