Ingredients
- 2-3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Slider buns
- Lettuce (and other toppings such as pickles, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once the chicken is done baking, assemble your sliders by placing chicken on buns and drizzling with sauce; add lettuce and desired toppings.
