  • 2-3 chicken breasts (or chicken tenders)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (and other toppings such as pickles, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done baking, assemble your sliders by placing chicken on buns and drizzling with sauce; add lettuce and desired toppings.
