Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and any desired nuts on top.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
