- ⅔ cup mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the salted butter over medium heat until golden brown with a nutty aroma; cool for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled butter with both sugars until well blended. Add the egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate baking soda, salt, and flour just until combined.
- Carefully fold in rice krispies and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough (about 3 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; sprinkle flaked salt on top while warm.
