- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- Fresh basil leaves
- Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce until well combined.
- Add shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers; cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft (10-15 seconds).
- Lay softened wrappers on a clean surface; place a portion of the beef mixture and fresh basil leaves on one edge.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
- Serve fresh with your choice of dipping sauces.
