Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture.
- Divide dough into three portions; color one with matcha and another with strawberry powder/extract.
- Shape cookies by combining portions into triangles, twisting them for a marbled effect.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 11 minutes or until edges are golden.
