Ingredients
- 2 inches raw ginger (peeled)
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 2 lemons (peeled and quartered)
- 2 oranges (peeled and quartered)
- 2 inches raw turmeric (peeled) or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 2-4 cloves peeled raw garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer over a large bowl to separate juice from pulp.
- Pour the strained liquid into a measuring cup with a spout for easy dispensing.
- Use a small funnel to transfer the shots into bottles, leaving about a quarter inch from the top.
- Shake well before consuming; enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
