  • lbs lean ground beef

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • small onions, finely diced
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ tsp oregano
  • 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups broth (chicken or beef)
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups grated Provolone cheese
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, oregano, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
