- 4 eggs

- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup salted caramel topping
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and salted caramel.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for about 36 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add vanilla and powdered sugar gradually until blended.
- Spread frosting over cooled cake and drizzle with remaining salted caramel topping.
