- 2 cups (248g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 pie crust, packaged or from scratch
- 2 ounces (56g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup (118ml) cold heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and chill.
- Cream together softened butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Mix in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, baking powder, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Gradually add flour until combined. Stir in white vinegar and red food coloring until fully mixed.
- Pour brownie batter into the chilled pie crust. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes or until puffed.
- Let cool before topping with cream cheese whipped cream made by mixing cream cheese with sugar and vanilla, then folding in whipped cream until stiff peaks form.
