- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 eggs

- 4 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in mashed bananas until just mixed.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until incorporated.
- Fold in chopped walnuts evenly throughout the batter.
- Divide the batter between loaf pans and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
