- Optional: ½ tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients—ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smoother blending.
- In a food processor, combine green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Add the roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if desired), and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky for texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before transferring to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with extra olives and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
