Ingredients
- 3 cups diced watermelon
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups diced cantaloupe
- 2 cups diced honeydew
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- ⅛-¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 ½ tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together lime juice, agave syrup, and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in chopped mint and basil, then set aside.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out balls of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew. Slice strawberries into thin rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melon balls and strawberry slices. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss until well-coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.
