- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ cup dry apple vinegar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, divided)
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shrimp evenly on it.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, additional salt, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over each shrimp.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
