Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • ½ cup dry apple vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, divided)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shrimp evenly on it.
  4. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, additional salt, and melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture generously over each shrimp.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
