- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for filling)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Sift together the almond flour and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until frothy; gradually add white sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the whipped egg whites until the batter flows like lava.
- Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking tray and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Let the shells rest for 30-60 minutes until dry to touch.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until smooth with feet and cool completely before filling.
