- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (or cornstarch)
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla extract, flour (or cornstarch), and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown on top and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool for at least 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
