Instructions

  2. Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and 2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined; gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly. Shape into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
