Instructions
- Heat a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon until fully cooked.
- Drain excess grease and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and combine with beef and garlic.
- Pour in soy sauce and season with hot sauce, ginger, onion powder, and optional cloves.
- Cover and cook until cabbage softens (about 2–5 minutes).
- Drizzle with sesame oil and toss well before serving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
