Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cook rice in chicken broth according to package instructions until tender.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour until golden. Gradually add milk and broth while stirring to thicken.
  5. Stir in remaining seasonings and cheeses until melted.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
