  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the shrimp by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, and half the honey in a bowl. Add the shrimp and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced  turkey sausage until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. 3. Stir-fry broccoli in the skillet with the turkey sausage for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  4. 4. Add marinated shrimp and remaining marinade; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
  5. 5. Drizzle with remaining honey, stir well, and serve.
