- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces chicken or turkey sausage, sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the shrimp by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, and half the honey in a bowl. Add the shrimp and let sit for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced turkey sausage until browned (5-7 minutes).
- 3. Stir-fry broccoli in the skillet with the turkey sausage for about 3-4 minutes until bright green.
- 4. Add marinated shrimp and remaining marinade; cook until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes).
- 5. Drizzle with remaining honey, stir well, and serve.
