- 4 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half to create pockets for the cheese.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and butter the insides of each roll generously.
- Place the bottom halves on the skillet, fill with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and top with the roll halves.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping carefully with a spatula.
- Once both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
