  • 3 cups baby bok choy or spinach, chopped
  • 1216 frozen dumplings or potstickers

Instructions

  2. Stir in vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional chili garlic sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in bok choy or spinach; simmer for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Gently add frozen dumplings to the pot; simmer for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
