- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup chopped pretzels
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 2–3 cups diced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dice the strawberries; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pretzels, chopped pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar until well coated.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7–9 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Carefully mix in the diced strawberries and cooled crunchy topping. Serve immediately for best texture.
