Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) great northern beans, drained
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker except for the chicken; stir well.
- Place the chicken on top of the mixture, ensuring it’s covered by the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix well into the chili.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
